The CEO lacks transparency and that is the real issue here and why the stock is currently in the basement. New shareholders move a stock not the old and this CEO hasn't disclosed anything since 2010. That is terribly sad to anybody holding this since then as it appears the CEO can care less about current shareholders and tells any interested party that the situation is dismal here and why folks shy away. Nobody wants to invest in a shady fly by night stock that doesn't report or inform shareholders resulting in zero volume and lack of interest.
Here is the otc markets link where disclosure should be uploaded where people can actually find it. His so called "mail bag" trick isn't news or an update if nobody in the world can find it. This CEO is pretty damn stupid if you ask me. If that mailbag link wasn't posted here it would be nowhere as it can't be found in a normal search. If you ask me I would say this CEO needs to get a backbone and start using otc markets for disclosure not some childish mail bag thing. Good grief, talk about a dip sh!t for a CEO. It's truly sad with such a small share structure.
