As soon as they announce soon the new JDA that authenticates this merger and the technology! And as soon as revenue comes in and they said it would be soon after the JDA is complete that also authenticates the merger and the technology! There will be more JDAS to follow based on the news one with a company in Europe ,a batteries material company.
From the shareholder merger update it said we were in talks with " a batteries material licencing compay based in Europe developeing silicon anodes for next generation lithium -ion batteries" . I was curious who in Europe was doing this type of work so I googled part of that phrase that stated " Silicon anodes for the next generation of lithum-ion batteries " and a company came up in the UK that does just that. On their web site I hit the " about us " tap and it gave a description of that company that fit the description in the shareholder update. See what you find. Have a great day !!
