So that is why the 8 did come in - because this has been a problem for more than a year. It's also why Lugee can't appoint two board members. It's also why the cross-licensing agreement is null and void until the remainder comes in. And also why Lugee can't get a controlling stake. Ah, so this was all planned out from the beginning, and Lugee was in on it too?

The 8 flies in the face and makes that point totally counterintuitive. If it's been a problem for so long, which it has, and using that line of reasoning, the 8 never should have been able to get here either.
