There is no minimum royalty stated in the 1999 agreement. Indeed, there is a possibility that we won't be paid at all - I have discussed this with IR before. That's why the Ericy agreement is so important to IDCC, and the 'mandate'.
Yes, the Nokia agreement is not such a great deal for IDCC.
