Is this the statement why you added?

I looked at the insider trading activity on Etrade as well and it does look a bit odd...the fluctuation is in concert with the regular volume, but obviously not the market volume, and is showing up as black with no execution/buy/sell etc information above it.

What this means, I do not know?
