The other thing besides the intricate detail of the 8K was the fact that their was no "pumping" of any sort once this 8K was released. The share price of SPCL actually went down right after the 8K was released because of the scare factor of the RS. The fact that none of the participants involved in this "merger" tried to "play it up" led me to believe that it was the "real deal". I can wait another month or 2 for 50-100x's gains from this level. IMHO
