exactly. the divi proposal was for what, 1/15 share of RGBP (I read something about that) which means the difference is something like a penny) big deal. the price is reflecting that.. plus i don't believe there will be a DIV event again esp. before a funding transaction. so. but the less expensive common stock. IMO of course.
