You're confusing PixelMags, a real company that does tens of millions in business every year, with scam pinks that are in the share selling business. Pixel needs to improve the share structure in order to attract real investors and make it easier to uplist to a major exchange. The day to day trading down here means nothing. If they RM at .0012, the shares will be .12 after the r/s, then go immediately go to fair valuation of $2 to $3. If we are at .01 by the time the r/s occurs, the shares will then be $1 and we immediately go to fair valuation of $2 to $3. :-D
