That not always the case. The method for calculating a companies worth doesn't always reveal actuality. I know several companies currently trading between $1 and $5 that have a 30M-50M Market Cap. Why? How? Not sure but I know it's reality. Check some companies trading at that level and look at their market cap. SFOR could easily trade at 50 cents right now or at least after this litigation process is over. JMO but check it yourself. Lots of companies with a lower than usual MC trading at higher than usual PPS.
