This is exactly what I was thinking today. Kay wants a buyout, we know that. Who better than Microsoft? It would make sense to sue Microsoft first in the hopes of a buyout. The fact that they didn't, tells me their product might not be all its hyped up to be. If there were really millions and millions to be had in copyright infringements alone, surely Microsoft would capitalize on that. They would have been an essentially free company on top of their products. I don't know... Maybe I just don't get it.
