ziploc....your 100% right on that one...arbitration sets a timetable....i can envision an NEC type outcome....a little give and take for the real prize....a 3g agreement....and since 3g is very close to commercialization....it makes a helluva lot of sense....just remember...the NEC arbitration was dubbed a failure....now that we see 3g revenues coming in from nec...it looks a whole lot different
