Actually I would be more inclined to think if you are up against the ropes and have no way out, you bring in the best person you can to mitigate the damage.

This tells me the MSFT settlement amount is obviously not the range SFOR is willing to settle for now. The cost have gone up tremendously and it is actually painful now.

Either way most of the longs are not here for these lawsuits. They are just the icing on the cake if you will.

I suspect if someone wants to buy SFOR out, buyer might want to see if Patent is legitimate (with scope/scale. Now SFOR patent went through inspection before Microsoft lawsuit).

I need professional people to come on board to check before settlement/buyout.
