I'm well aware that BMSN had 59% of the voting power end of June 2016.
But that wasn't reason for my post.
I replied to a statement about the majority of RGBP shares which is not owned by BMSN
Nuttin said about voting power which btw was also decreased with every filing. Just for you to compare

Means voting power decreased by 1.0% in Q1 and 5.7% in Q2.
Ooops, the loss rate in voting power heavily increased during last quarter.
How long will voting power be more than 50%???
