3 million shares and no issues with liquidity?...Please show me a number of stocks on a major exchange with 3 mill OS that are liquid...not a R-squared correlation. Then what's the float? 1 to 1.5 mill shares? There simply have to be enough shares to trade. Do you know what companies with small floats do? They often issue more shares. When that happens, your shares become severely diluted.
