An audit of a company like CDNL should not take 5 months. Unless there is no money to pay for it - but supposedly the Chinese paid $1.15 million. Surely all the money needed for a thorough and reasonably prompt audit should have been available.
It is a phantom.
Sometimes I wonder if going delinquent was the only way to keep more toxic notes from being converted. Does anybody know how many toxic notes are out there, and for what amounts (yes, I know, I could dig into filings, but maybe someone has it handy).
