MSFT will not buy out CoroWare. In its history, anywhere from 40-60% of Microsoft's workers have not been employees, but contractors provided by outside rent-a-hire companies just like COWI. And not once (NEVER!) has MSFT acquired one of their contractor companies. Not a single one.

The reason that MSFT uses contractors and companies like COWI is because it is cheaper and temporary. They don't have to pay high salaries, provide benefits (retirement, vacation, etc.) and can terminate them with little to no notice with no severance (which in technology can be considerable). So they contract with companies like CoroWare to provide people on 6-12 month contracts. When the time is up, they can't work at Microsoft again for another 12 months. Good for Microsoft, not so much for CoroWare. Which is why CoroWare constantly has to hire new people - all they do is provide workers to Microsoft, no different from hundreds of other Microsoft contractors.

Give us 5 reasons why and what would be the buyout price considering the share structure and toxic financers? Don't believe the hype it's a sequel, LOL. Anything could happen though!
