IMO based on last week pacer update, duo and Trustwave could come as early as tomorrow and as late as 10/10 ( they have to let judge know about the status of settlement by this date). Also, keep in mind that SFOR has bigger and better things cooking on their plate related to several large scale contracts mentioned in recent 10Q.
That's a great question but generally the judge has already formed an "unbiased," opinion on whether there is a merit behind either claim, so I would assume no later than the first week of October, but I'm sure ESQ or Zpaul can answer that a way better than I did. GLTA
