It's true, we don't know how hard it is to get the money from China to the United States. But the fact Still Remains that Li and liquidmetal did know how difficult this would be. And still, they chose to not tell us about that difficulty at all when they asked us to approve more shares. In fact they made it sound like it was a slam-dunk deal. Credibility is everything, and again I'm going to say it, in business do what you say say what you do. They're just playing games as stockholders.
