I've never seen a company announce a r/s in order to uplist, and then not follow thru with the uplist. IMHO TPIV will uplist to the nasdaq just like they are planning to do. It usually happens pretty fast after the r/s, a matter of a couple weeks, + or - a few days. All IMO, GLTA longs here. I believe TPIV is just getting started.
