CEO owns (owned) 2,020,000 so unless shares have been issued there were only about 800,000 shares outside of his control when he took over. Traded over 3 million shares in the last week. Insiders and affiliates can't (legally) sell shares into the open market because ELTZ is SEC delinquent. Who knows where all the shares are coming from
