ESI already had Market Maker representation on the NYSE. Unless the SEC initiates a Regulatory Action (eg., an SEC Suspension and / or an Adnministrative Proceeding) whereby such an SEC action forbids Market Makers from quoting a stock the stock should retain its Market Maker representations. If there are any other extenuating circumstances then FINRA could HALT a stock under U-3, but a Bankruptcy should not prevent the stock from retaining its Market Makers until / unless a BK Judge cancels the equity.

Shareholders who own share equity MUST be allowed to dispose of their stock on a bonafide trading market or system (OTC) unless any of the above SEC or FINRA actions prevent that from occurring.
