Yet doesn't provide support for the false statement that production numbers have to do with compliance. As pointed out a dozen times now, the S7 applied for exemption claiming financial hardship of an estimated $3,000,000 to redesign, that is all there 8s to it, they denied any further e,emption.

Nothing to do with limited production runs, as already provided CFR does not have limitations on production for compliance.
