Wise post pete. I too only rely upon the company and the FDA. Other than Whelan telling someone nagging him about the FDA years ago, which I wrote of, hopefully explaining my take well earlier today, I have only witnessed tenacity, stamina, running the company on a shoestring, honesty from the CEO and much progress globally, 50 countries OTC and with the FDA. I have no hidden agenda, I am long BIEL; Andy Whelan has no hidden agenda, he wants USA OTC and corporate profits; the FDA has no hidden agenda, it is serving the public and applicants alike with the reclassification, renaming PEMF as SWT, accepting to review the UK Registry data on ActiPatch as part of its RWD-Real World Data program and continues to work on the 510(k) application for USA OTC. If anyone has hidden agendas, I couldn't care less and they are of no interest o me. I'll stick with common sense and the truth. BIEL . . . Double T$unami . . . soon

Are you sure? I've contacted the company before and they said they wouldn't tell me info like that. They said when they have info like that they would put out a pr or a company update saying there will be another meeting with the FDA. So what you are saying is highly suspicious.
