Aesthetics.....

Nice job with the primer.

Acknowledgement of the initial endpoints made trading over exuberance that much easier throughout over the past year.

I am an investor who has made it to his early 60s hopefully being analytical if somewhat conservative in style. The success of any SCIENCE associated with this company would be marvelous. The success of the company is extremely speculative until that is validated.

Great post. Thank you for doing that. What is your overall opinion on the preliminary science and the adaptive trial design? It seems that you are somewhat positive. All of this preclinical evidence and the limited data sets we already have must mean something to you. Just curious on where you stand and why. It may help to ease some anxiety.

Also, although the adaptive trial design is somewhat new, do you believe it is sufficient enough to guide a successful phase 3 trial or at least guide us in setting realistic and achievable end points?

Thanks in advance.

This primer is an excellent way for readers to familiarize themselves with the clinical process. Thank you so much for posting an education piece with as little "spin" as possible. Refreshing!

SA - well done making the results clear to the non-stats/non-clinical trial folks. It really points to the need for the company when they post technical clinical trials research results, to also post a PR explaining how the findings fit into the larger picture for non-technical folks so there isn't such a field day for the shorts, attackers and trashers. Thanks for your great contribution! Go AVXL
