There is no surprise with this mgmt's chronic problem, to say the least.

I felt that we should have reward more to the engineering group than the business group bc they produce more.

They are interpreted according to their words and 'plain language.' The 'spirit' or 'intent' can only be ascertained through interpretation of the actual words which appear within the 'four corners' of the contract.

I'm not sure why you say the contract was 'poorly drafted' ???

Or why you say that NOK chose to violate the contract by not paying at the time it was drafted?

I'm not happy with the delay in receipt of revenues due to the current dispute which is now in arbitration but I'm not sure why you say NOK violated the contract by not paying earlier?
