Very good points and nice research.

But the good news is WSTI is already annihilated! That is the difference. When those big companies get to the pennies or less then they might be comparable. But there are also differences. We all agree this thing is a complete crap shoot with less than a 1% chance of anything good coming out of it, but it is interesting to watch.

The weird thing is the same reasons why everyone hates Bates are the reasons I feel this might have that slight chance. The guy is a wheeler/dealer. He never gave up even though he could have many times. Back when the Indiana plant first closed, back when funding ran out, again when he had layoffs and hard times he could have just bankrupted it. But for some reason maybe a few reasons he is still trying.

With about 100k one can buy and retire a billion shares, 200k 2 billion, given how many shares have been trading this year and now with the company in blackout who knows what is going on. Would they even be filing those forms on 10% owners?

I think we should know within about 6 months one way or another.
