You're welcome! In general I would agree with you that you have outlined a way that could work given the right conditions. I have referenced other Solar Companies previously that are >$1B Market Cap Companies that have or are going Bankrupt. There is a big Solar Company named Sun Power (SPWR) that exhibits the same sinking stock price as all the others. I saw a Motley Fool article on it that parallels what I have been trying to say but they do it so much better. Please read the first part as it shows how a HUGE company (actually almost all of them in the Solar Industry) get into deep trouble from which they cannot extract themselves. Notice how the Convertible Notes come into play and the debt moves to "sink the ship". When those forces can sink a Sun Edison, Sun Power, etc. (and they even have orders) they can certainly annihilate a WSTI. I think we are seeing some really difficult economic times.
