Sethie and Johnny need to update shareholders about the lawsuit (and tell the truth), merger candidates, fund raising etc. and the financials. Otherwise I conclude TAUG is a big fat nothing based totally on lies. It is true that they have no product, or money, or management, or even an office. I want to hear from management.
