Your characterization of the judges dismissal is completely wrong. The judge didn't state that MYEC did not own properties. The case was not against MYEC and was not about who owned the properties.
Ed said "NO" when asked if the company or anyone affiliated with the company owns the properties in the lawsuit. It's stickied for the world to see.
His denial is in complete contradiction to the escrow docs the title company pulled on the El Dorado home. They say MyECheck with his signature.
Not reporting that asset was illegal.
Knowingly filing fraudulent paperwork with the SEC is illegal.
Sierra Global was a shell to create fake revenues and issue shares. greenpay was set up by Ed boxer upon Ed's request and laid by Ed. Nothing more. Chickens are coming home to roost on this turd.
