I am not characterizing anything dude so there is no right/wrong argument to make. I gave links so everyone can read the Motion to Dismiss. The Judge concurred with the Auditor's Findings. He didn't diss any of them.
We all can read and recognize that PMB is the former auditor, that they reviewed the property allegations and determined they correctly issued the audit without the properties being noted as assets.
The complex world of business/personal, estate/succession planning is not easily understood by those who have never experienced it. It isn't as black and white as some want or need it to be.
