ifida, several strands woven together there! I was going to point out that AIMs were not actually mentioned in the abstract of the Lerner paper, but in the John Hopkins one - thanks you've saved me the trouble! Obviously John Hopkins are well aware of this technology themselves...
I think the poster previously known as dgsny also has an interesting point - several companies connected to Gomez et al seem to have expertise in internet delivery of the sort of services that we purport to want to provide in this manner (apart from Clinication).
BTW, as I pointed out to somebody earlier, I feel a bit sorry for the guy following Tony at the AFDAA meeting!
