It was stated in court after the agreement by all parties to exit BK that Rosen knew the BK inside and out and bringing in a NEW LEGAL TEAM would be way too expensive and time consuming.
So we are stuck with Rosen like it or not.
At least he reports to the estate now not the hedge funds as they were the DIP's in charge.
