This stock should be viewed as if it were already a 100/1 reverse split. A 3.23myn OS shares stock. Valued at $.40pps. Market cap of $1.3myn. Float at just under 3myn. $20myn Revenue practically breakeven flow. The debt is high but can be manageable with the seemingly profitable acquisition. The PPS and The current OS shares are having a psychological effect. IMHO.
