BillPR -- no offense but you obviously have no experience drafting SEC registration documents! First of all the company will have to wait until the 2016 audit is complete (or do an interim stub audit for the period ended September 30). Once that is completed it will likely take at least 30 days or more just to draft and review the registration statement prior to filing. Once filed it will then go through a review process that will probably take 90 days or so to complete. SEC registration is not as simple as a one page filing!!!!
