well, first no one has really heard of VLXC. ANother thing is if you look at its history, unless you do some work, it looks like something to avoid. And finally if you assume $150 ml NOL, 70 ml shares outstanding, a total corp tax rate of 50%, and a discount rate of say 35% (they aren't going to buy the asset $ for $) that would give you a per share value of $0.77. Note the shares outstanding might be lower, the tax rate might be higher, the discount rate might be lower and the NOL might be higher but this is a conservative value. So in effect it is trading at close to 30% of value. Given the small nature, the lack of information and the lack of float this is not crazy. It's crazy cheap and i I thought I had the ability to accumulate I would be. I am not allowed to trade my PA at my firm anymore so I need to be satisfied with what I hold.
