Outstanding Shares: 62,689,598 as of 2015 Sept 30, Fully Diluted

Float: 3,500,000 as of 2015 Sept 30

Assuming value of the judgement to be over $ 150,000,000 it is surprising to see that the market only evaluate the company to be Worth $ 11.5 millions as of last night ($0.185\sh). That only represent 7.5% of the 'real value' of this 150 millions, whatever anything can be done with it.

Why could that asset ??? be realy Worth ?
