Exactly. We have no idea about the complexity. While I was living in Seoul, a US friendly country, I had difficulty sending cash back to the US. We had to do a ..... ummmmm.... "work-around" to make it happen. I can't imagine the complexity going through the communist party. I believe cash flow out of the country can be worked out if it can be proven more will come back in as a result. That could be the sticking point, or just some office-holder being a pain. Who knows...
