UNREAL. The TCRAP bullshit being presented as factual is becoming pathological.

No the application hasnt been approved by EXIM. An outside contractor approved TPAC to apply for the loan. Said if they can meet certain criteria they would qualify to apply. Thats not a loan guarantee. Thats not even a pre-qualification. LMAO
