Why do you even bother with this guy..

He clearly REFUSES to answer the simple question "but what if WD is still here and all 3 agreements happen."

I'm not posting on here like I used to because it's pointless .. I don't mind the negative discussion but let's keep this real.. Why can't both sides of questions be answered .. Always just a negative reply and not touching on questions real people want to see that perspective on...

Management chose to disclose the WS agreements plus put out a shareholder letter to explain how the deals would work, not because they had to but because they wanted to show Shareholders.

WS simply doesn't work with the majority of OTC companies because #1 it's bad business unless there's an excellent agenda in place. Well WS loves Biometrics and Healthcare, there's a huge plus for GNID. #2 WS simply knows the bullshit that goes on with "certain" social media websites and don't want their reputation ruined because of some "certain" know it all individuals that spread in discission and speculation.

As of today there is NOTHING stating WS and the 3 agreements with individual termination dates have been terminated or are gone. NOTHING AT ALL. Please show LINKS!!!

Anyone that thinks WS would simply terminate a 3 phase agreement because the company utilizes toxic notes vs a potential $100m+ Revenues or better yet lose out on a $20m+ profit by simply taking a company like GNID to Nasdaq needs to give their head a shake. Yah that's what's in place for WS, huge profits and Ed C is no dummy as he knows how to provide top rate Investment Banking.

I'll wait for the disclosures as GNID is a fully reported company. Here say is just that, speculation is just that, disclosures are the gospel. End of story.

LOL, why do you continue to ignore your $60 prediction when the stock was at $1.79?
Meanwhile, my warnings that all the "good news" was pomp and circumstance was spot on.

The stock sits barely holding on to a penny after a 1:200 reverse split.

So I think I'll stick with my perfect track record. WS is gone. ;-);-)
