I think what you fail to realize and really were not in tune with was the company was probably told to operate business as usual until WS was/is ready to step in, there are many signs that they are/have. Sucked short term for the shareholders because the company was all about protecting them but under the new regime they have to "follow the rules".

Also you really don't understand why WS was in the Q in the first place and why they weren't in the recent filing. You have your conspiracy theory which is fine but until we hear that WS is not longer involved, we aren't even past any deadlines, it's all that, a conspiracy.

Again, you're looking backwards, $ to pennies. Old story, let's look forward. Let's discuss what will happen when the 3 phases hit and where the stock should and will trade. Your continued interest here in a stock that you think will go no where is intriguing and humorous.

Let's give them to the deadlines to officially say Wellington Shields is out of the picture, not guess.
