Many months ago it was rumored that a settlement for $200,000. would be a good settlement. Based on the new info with this case what do you think on this message board?
Blackcat, the depositions are the 29th and 30th. First Meyler and then Cowan. I think Berman and other partners after.
Cowans attorneys were gasping on the motion that if they have to stick to the original schedule set they will not get any discovery done. Magistrate told them they ignored the discovery schedule at their own peril. Just because they filed a motion for venue was not an excuse to ignore schedule.
I don't have any idea as to why some people criticize the judge in this case. Cowan motion for confidentiality and a stay was denied in less than a day. This last motion was denied in less than 4 hours after Taug answered.
Blackcat, the judges must have been rolling over belly laughing last weekend watching the new puppet video that went up Friday. Cowan's lawyer must have been very desperate to add the website to the motion. It certainly does not portray Cowan and Meyler in a favorable light.
Cowan, Meyler, and attorney Cole were caught concealing the relationship they had with the Florida accounting firm and now it is part of the record. Now a complaint with NJ Board of Accountancy is part of the record.
I bet these puppet videos are being watched all over the country in courthouses.
Loan - duo you disagree Cowan is a skank? He is also an unethical slim all.
Hey, can you explain why the PCAOB report dated November 2014 couldn't include the violation of independence by Meyler? You made a definitive statement.
