That author needs to take a statistics class. The larger the sample the less likely random events have an affect, so a smaller percentage difference between groups is significant. Pretty basic idea.

I still have questions about the change but that author's opinion is less than helpful. And it seems to me that many of these small investment info sites have an agenda.

That article proves nothing. The new enrollment number is no surprise, especially to those who have been following CVM for a long while. When the new CRO was hired, the trial basically hit a "restart" button. We investors knew that when the event occurred. So, news of the new requirement is not new. If there was something wrong with the Phase III trail, then the experiment would have been stopped by the FDA a long time ago. The fact that the phase is still going is a positive sign. I have been following Cel-Sci for 10 years and have decided to start placing bets on the company this year. I have decided it is time to pull the trigger. I am allocating only 10% of my portfolio to this high risk investment. I will hold until the results are in, which I am assuming will be 2019.
