Got this email back from Gurba today after I asked him about when notes would be done, paying debt down and any further acquisitions. Sorry cannot do screen shot. This is honest email from Gurba.

I think debt holder conversion ends around 315m, this is paying debt

We are in the middle of 2 possible acquisitions one in Machinery and one in transportation
