For those of you who think (or feel) that common stock can't or won't be
cancelled because it's a Chapter 11 (and not a chapter 7)...

May I humbly suggest that you all go back and look VERY CAREFULLY
at what happened to Paul Allen's Charter Communications company
when it filed for Chapter 11 back in 2009...

Same basic scenario... heavy debt, Chapter 11 -reorg- company
re-emerged - Paul Allen at the helm, common stock cancelled -
common stock shareholders completely screwed!
