(Greenfield or the Company) (OTC Pink: GRAS) reported today that Carmelas Pizzerias three franchise ready operating concepts have all made significant progress in terms of revenue and profitability. The three operating concepts include:

* New Carlisle, Ohio: a full-service dining room menu comprising a Carmelas Pizzeria and including a daily lunch buffet; full liquor bar serving on Sundays; and Sports Grill that offers bar-bites.

* Brookville, Ohio: a smaller Carmelas Pizzeria with a full menu dining room including beer, daily lunch buffet, delivery and carry-out.

* West Manchester, Ohio: a Carmelas Pizzeria dine-in, carry-out, delivery model.

"We are pleased to report that all of our operating units are presently achieving positive cash flow with our internal budget forecasting profitability for the coming year," commented Chief Executive Officer, Ron Heineman.
