It wouldn't be the first time that a CEO of a publicly traded company pretended to be visiting a potential "project" in a foreign land. Another scam I have been following the last couple of years had their CEO sending back photos of the airport, a dated newspaper, and pictures of native crews sluicing for gold. Turned out that he had paid someone else to go, and send those photos back, which he then posted on Facebook as proof of his visit to Ghana. Also turns out that his passport had been revoked, and he couldn't possibly have left the U.S.
Not saying for sure that KJ's tweets are not really from the Cameroon......but it seems odd that he is not able to communicate anything more than a sentence in a tweet. Who's running the show back home?
