The advantage FTR had was they were in small rural communities that the big boys had no interest in being. They were very similar to Southwest Airlines that made their money on puddle jumpers and stayed away from cross country flights.
Eventually, all small companies want to expand and that's where Frontier is now. It's a learning curve, but I do believe they'll come out of it, and if I'm waiting and earning 9% dividend, I'm OK with that.
I may add more when I feel comfortable.
FWIW, I probably should have bought half as much as I did this morning and wait for a direction, but I was hoping for a quick rebound and a chance to sell off half so we'll see how that works out.

Customer service really sucks in many companies these days. Well trained knowledgable people are hard to come by it seems. I fear it will only get worse.

As far as the pps, I'm on the sidelines for now and maybe until the next "Q"
