Certainly possible I suppose - but it would be an intermittent one in that case and therefore seems less likely. Pacer was updated in a timely manner for NFS' and Etrade's requests for a two week delay as well as Judge Strom's approval of NFS' request. It took six days for the judge to approve Etrade's request, though we surmised that he might have been on vacation. But in addition to not seeing NFS and Etrade responses this evening, we have not seen Ameritrade or Scottrade original responses now going on 17 days. During that 17 day stretch their were Pacer updates, so I doubt there would be a 'come and go' glitch situation.
