There is no "missing" money. Nobilis, Beaufort and Macallan held notes. They converted some of those notes, and sold the resulting stock into the market.

That much, at least, is perfectly clear.

What's interesting about Steven Oss is that he was registered with Ameritas for over 11 years until August, 2015 - and then registered with COR in November, 2015.
