The P&Ders are running with the mention of Trane in the filing, as if there were some kind of JV in the works. There isn't. Trane is reviewing performance of some equipment.
Too bad SHMP didn't file that the CEO rented a Ford from Enterprise. Then the P&Ders coulda pumped on the false-association with 2 large caps.
Looking at the posters who shown up in the last few days, and today in particular, it's got P&D written all over it.
